Exelent atention, you ca buy drinks from the hotel manager that is always at your service 24h a day. The air conditioning stopped working, and in 10 minutes, it was fixed. Thanks to Manolo and his family. Very recommended.

I loved the fact that it was a centralized location. not too far from the metro and in walking distance to the museums.

really small...good thing I was alone because my room was too small for a couple.

Location is excellent, everything was very clean, and the other services are in line with the stated class and area.

Although the building has central heating, it did not work during the day and only barely started during the night. Using air conditioning for heating was useless, the rooms being tall. So we spent a very cold night then we cancelled the rest of our reservation and moved to a four star hotel in Salamanca district for 85% of the price. The place is ok for warm seasons, but around NYE was not ok. Also, the wireless internet access was not working in our room (no signal) and, anyway, it was not working with Apple devices even in areas like reception where signal was present.

Right on Gran Via. There is air-con in the summer (but it is controlled by the hotel staff, and was left on all night so got quite chilly at night).

TV didn't work for people who want that option. Air con controlled by staff in hotel.
